What is your delivery time?
After your order is placed, we promise to ship it within 1-2 working days. All weekend orders will be processed on the next Monday (if Monday is a holiday, it will be processed on the next working day).
All products are shipped in the United States.

Do I need to pay taxes?
Once the parcel arrives in the destination country, the required import taxes, duties, and related customs fees are determined by the customs office of the particular country/region and are paid by the recipient. For more detailed information on taxes, please consult your local customs office.
What should I do if my goods have not been delivered?
If your package does not arrive by the courier's estimated delivery date, it may be due to.
1. Delays due to special circumstances, such as a large volume of packages to be delivered, or excessively inclement weather.
2. The delivery address is incorrect, the address provided may be insufficient or unrecognizable, and the shipping company will automatically return it to us. In these cases, it usually takes up to 20 business days for the courier to return the item to us.
Once we receive your package, you will receive an email to determine whether you would like us to resend the package or process a refund.
In addition, if the goods are lost, you can contact us at email@example.com and explain the situation.
Also, please contact DHL/FedEx yourself and provide them with the product tracking details. If the package is confirmed as lost, you can file a claim with the DHL/FedEx courier.
Do you accept returns?
We offer 30-day free return to all customer for quality issues. Due to weight and size, the shipping cost much higher for us. Please contact with our customer service first if you have any concern and question before we shipped it out. Thank you so much for your understanding and corporation. If it does not related to quality issues, we have to charge 30% restocking fee for the return. Please contact with our customer service before quest return service.
1. The returned goods must be in the state you received the goods, and only the unused items returned in the original packaging will be refunded/replaced!
2. Products that do not meet the refund/exchange conditions will not be returned to the customer.
Please do not return the package directly to the original address. Please contact our customer service before returning the goods to inform you of the correct return address. Otherwise, we will not accept your return.
How to return an item?
Please contact customer service firstname.lastname@example.org via email and provide the following information:
1. The subject line of the email is "return request".
2. In the body of the email, please make sure to include your order number (sent to you via email at the time of purchase), first name and last name, and return details (such as the reason for the refund, the required replacement size/color, etc ), and keep the return tracking information for tracking. Returns without tracking number will not be refunded/exchanged.
3. Once the package arrives at our warehouse, our support team will verify the product status. If the return conditions are met, we will immediately arrange a refund for you, but the product shipping fees are not refundable.
4. All returns are free of handling fees.
What if I receive damaged or defective items?
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact our support team via Phone: +1 (754) 364-0712 or Email: email@example.com, and please make sure to attach a photo to prove the damage. After our verification, if it is indeed our responsibility, we will immediately resend the goods or refund them for you (refunds are not refundable for shipping fees).
How soon will I receive the refund?
From the day we receive your return, we will process the refund within 6-7 working days. And return the refund to your original payment account (shipping fees are non-refundable).
Do you have a warranty service?
We provide one year warranty service for our products. If you want to repair the product, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org to contact us. In addition, in this email, please provide your name, address, order number, model number and an overview of the problem encountered with the product. Then, we will contact you through the address to send your product to us for evaluation.
Do I need to pay for repairs?
1. If your product is faulty, is still within the one year warranty and meets the maintenance requirements of the warranty, this service will be provided free of charge.
2. If your product needs repair, but it is not covered by the one year warranty, you will be notified of any costs that may be incurred by the repair. We will not perform any maintenance work until you confirm that you are willing to pay for this work. If you do not wish to repair the product, we will send the product back to you, but you will bear the shipping cost.
*If your product cannot be repaired, we will return it to you free of charge.
*Please note: If we do not receive your reply within 2 weeks, we will return the product to you and you will bear the shipping cost.
